2022 – 2023 Drillbotics® FAQ Update

The 2022-2023 Guidelines were released in September 2022 (Rev. 0 dated 15 Sept – initial release) for Group A and B. 

The most recent FAQs were released in 15 Dec 2022  (Rev 1) pertaining to Group A – well control option.

What are the rules of the competition?

Where are the rules? – Download the Guidelines from the Guidelines/Application page.  Continually check out the updated rules and clarifications in the FAQs document on this FAQ page.

How much can we spend on the rig and the BHA?

The maximum is US$10,000.

What is the deadline to enter a team ?

Please submit the team registration form at the bottom of the Guidelines/Application page by 15 October.  You may make changes to your team as needed, which should be included in your monthly reports.  For other deadlines, check out the Drillbotics calendar page.
