Where is the WVU Final Report? (Updated)

A number of Drillbotics teams have asked for a copy of the WVU final report from the 2016 competition.  They have not been able to find the paper in SPE’s OnePetro. The program committed for the 2016 ATCE in Dubai did not select the student paper for presentation at the conference.  Although DSATS makes every effort to get the paper published, the final decision rests with the conference program committee.  DSATS submitted an abstract to the SPE Western Regional Meeting (http://www.spewrm.org/) and Cody Smith presented the paper in Bakersfield on 26 April 2017.  The paper SPE-185730-MS is now available in OnePetro.
